Creative Conflict Engagement

I have designed and implemented curriculum to develop conflict resolution skills among elementary and high school youth. I also conducted Professional Development workshops with teachers. I have experience in mediation with a focus on repairing harm and restoring relationships. My particular area of interest is intercultural conflict resolution and conflicts which are rooted in aspects of our identities.

I offer individual coaching sessions to help people navigate conflicts they are experiencing at work or home with agency and confidence.

I also help to create conflict-positive organizations and communities by providing a framework which equips people to engage with conflict in a proactive and collaborative way to strengthen relationships and productivity over the long term.
